A contract for the marriage of Janet Douglas and William Somerville, Baron Carnwath was signed on 12 October 1478.2 Janet Douglas married Sir Alexander Gordon, son of Sir John Gordon and Annabella Boyd, after 14 November 1491.2 Janet Douglas died before 1 June 1500.
