     Gisela of Swabia was born circa 11 November 990 at of Swabia, Bavaria, Germany.2 She married Bruno I von Braunschweig, Count in Derlingo & Middle Friesland, son of Liudolf, Graf im Derlingau, circa 1002; They had 2 sons (Liudolf, Graf im Derlingau, Markgraf in Friesland; & Liudger, Graf im Harz & Derlingau).4,2 Gisela of Swabia married Ernest I, Duke of Swabia, son of Leopold I, Markgraf of Austria and Richenza von Sualafeldgau, circa 1014.4,2 Gisela of Swabia married Konrad II, Holy Roman Emperor, Duke of France, King of Burgundy & Italy, son of Heinrich II, Duke of Franconia, Carinthia, Count Spires & Worms and Adelaide of Metz, between 31 May 1015 and January 1017.2,3 Gisela of Swabia died on 15 February 1043 at Goslar, Lower Saxony, Germany; Buried at Speyer Cathedral.2
