Mr. Forsha attended her funeral on Saturday. His brother, Wm. Forsha, died of Jaundice on Monday, Jan. 7th, @ 8am. Mr. Forsha did not receive the telegram announcing the death of his brother, and for that reason failed to attend the funeral. His brother was 66 yrs. old and was a prominent citizen of that locality. (Indiana Democrat, Indiana PA, Jan 17, 1889.)¹

Mr. Forsha was born in Huntingdon county, in PA, where he lived until he was 16 y/o at which time he moved to a place known as Kingston Forge, in Westmoreland county. After moving several times he settled at the above named place, and spent the rest of his long and useful life. For 35 years he has lived there, and a large number of friends and relatives mourn his departure. He was a consistent member of the Lutheran church, and from his youth had been a defender fo Republican principles. Mr. Forsha was a father of Mr. James Fosha, of this place.
