     George Vincent, Esq. was born circa 1493 at of Peckleton, Leicestershire, England; Age 24 in 1517.2,5 He married Anne Slorey, daughter of William Slorey and Elizabeth Sackville, circa 1512 at of Sleaford, Leicestershire, England; They had 7 sons (Edward; Thomas; Clement, Esq; Gilbert; Anthony; Francis; & Robert) and 2 daughters (Mary, wife of Francis Staresmore; & Jane, wife of William Faunt, Esq.)1,2,3,4,5 His estate was probated on 25 February 1565; Requested burial in the chancel of the church of Peckleton near where his 2 wives were buried. He married (2) Anne Radcliffe, daughter of Robert Radcliffe of Lancashire; & (3) Amy Coles, daughter of Peter Coles.5 George Vincent, Esq. left a will on 25 February 1565.2
