Therefore, that suggested parentage is nonsense.1 He married Margaret Elkes, daughter of John Elkes and Elizabeth, circa 1601 at of Ashford, Kent, England.1 Richard Baker died on 7 September 1604 at Ashford, Kent, England, at age 34.1
