Cody was co-owner of RISE Risk Management, LLP in Williston, ND. He was extremely proud of his HSE contribution in the North Dakota Bakken oil/gas industry, doing all he could so “everyone goes home safe”. Cody was also an astounding artist, and had proven to have quite a knack at gardening. He made his mark on the world with his brilliance, uplifting smile and personality, undying love and never-ending thoughtfulness for family and friends, and dedication and appreciation for business associates, clients and the people he vowed to keep safe.

Cody’s passion was to be in, on or near the water, enjoying watersports or being consumed in natures’ beauties. He was a devout advocate for saving the environment, especially when it came to the planets’ ocean environment, health and its’ creatures. One of his dreams was always to become a Marine Biologist.
