They had 2 sons (Sir Walter; & Thomas) and 3 daughters (Agnes, wife of Henry Frowick, Esq. & of Sir Thomas Curwen; Mary; & Douce).5,6,2,3,4 Elizabeth Pennington married Sir Walter Strickland, son of Sir Thomas Strickland and Agnes Parr, circa 14 July 1491.2,4 A contract for the marriage of Elizabeth Pennington and Sir Richard Cholmeley, Lt. of the Tower of London, Lt. Gov. of Berwick, Governor of Hull was signed on 9 August 1508; No issue.6,2,3,4 Elizabeth Pennington married Sir William Gascoigne, Justice of the Peace for Bedfordshire, Huntingdonshire, Northamponshire, Middlesex, & Buckinghamshire, son of George Gascoigne and Elizabeth Rufford, before 1527.6,2,3,4 Elizabeth Pennington left a will on 18 April 1546.4 Her estate was probated on 12 October 1546.4
