     Robert, Comte de Clermont-en-Beauvaisis, Chamberlain of France was born in 1256 at Paris, Ile-de-France, France.2 He married Beatrix de Bourbon, daughter of Jean of Burgundy, Seigneur de Bourbon & Charolais and Agnes de Bourbon, circa July 1272 at Clermont-en-Beauvaisis, Puy-de-Dôme, Auvergne, Clermont-en-Beauvoisis; They had 3 sons (Louis I, Duke of Bourbon; Jean, Baron de Charolais, Seigneur de St. Just; & Pierre, Archdeacon of Paris) & 3 daughters (Blanche, wife of Robert VII, Comte d'Auvergne & Boulogne; Marie (a nun); & Marguerite, wife of Jean I, Comte de Namur, Seigneur de l'Ecluse).2,3,4 Robert, Comte de Clermont-en-Beauvaisis, Chamberlain of France died on 7 February 1317; Buried in the Church of the Jacobins, Paris.2
