A contract for the marriage of Marguerite of Burgundy and Louis X 'the Quarreler', King of France & Navarre, Count Palatine of Champagne & Brie was signed on 28 February 1300.2,3,4 Marguerite of Burgundy married Louis X 'the Quarreler', King of France & Navarre, Count Palatine of Champagne & Brie, son of Sir Philip IV, King of France & Navarre, Comte de Champagne & Brie and Jeanne of Navarre, on 23 September 1305 at Corbeil, Essones, Ile-de-France, France; They had 1 daughter (Jeanne, wife of Philippe III, King of Navarre, Comte d'Évreux, d'Angoulême, de Mortain, & de Longueville).2,8,4,5,6 Marguerite of Burgundy died in April 1315; Buried in the Church of the Franciscans at Vernon, Normandy. She had been jailed on a charge of adultery with Philippe & Gautier d'Aulnay.2,4
