She married Sigismund, Emperor of Germany, King of Hungary & Bohemia, Markgraf von Brandenburg, son of Charles IV/Wenceslaus VII, King of Bohemia, Holy Roman Emperor, Markgraf of Meran and Elizabeth of Pomerania, circa 6 December 1405.2 Barbara of Cilley died on 11 July 1451 at Melnick.
